Like 2020, this past year brought many challenges to businesses and individuals around the world. As always, INTOO worked to bring solutions to some of those challenges. Our 2021 Year in Review summarizes some, but not all, of the highlights of these efforts. We hope that revisiting them, or viewing them for the first time, provides some reflection, answers, and inspiration to you that you can bring into 2022.

Amy Waryas, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Boston Red Sox & Fenway Sports Management and Miguel Cervantes, Broadway’s Hamilton, brought insight into how two very different industries handled crisis management and organizational change during the pandemic, and showed us how their learnings could help any organization in any industry. Miguel also gave a musical performance that wowed.

The Great Resignation isn’t over, so if you haven’t already done so, watch #HRSocial Hour Half Hour Podcast hosts Wendy Dailey and Jon Thurmond offer strategies for organizations to retain talent, attract new talent, and protect employer brand.

Michele Shuey and Veronica Mowchan shared the employee experience they’ve implemented at Integrate and explained how it helps to attract and retain employees, and create a strong employer brand.
