We are thrilled to announce that our Coaching Team has been awarded the Gold Award for Customer Service Success, and our Client Success Team has been awarded the Bronze Award for Customer Service Department of the Year.

The 2021 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide from every major industry in the world. This year’s winners include IBM, ServiceNow, DHL Express, Blackbaud, Inc., Cisco Systems, and Mailchimp, among others.

INTOO’s Success and Coaching team members met new challenges presented by the pandemic and organizational transition as a result of our recent acquisition and far exceeded expectations.

Comments from the judges:

“This is a great example of an organization being in the right place at the right time, with a model that allows for scalability.”

“A very good platform to help those in need but more so in desperate times like a pandemic and increased unemployment rates.”

“Excellent choice of coach credentials, bringing real life experiences behind coaching. Very positive testimonials, a reflection of excellent work.”

“Based on the attached customer testimonials, the INTOO team seems to be in the business of changing people’s lives. The testimonials were very powerful to fully understand the customer service success that is being claimed. The metrics also provided a quantitative way to assess the submission.”

We are honored to share these awards with our amazing team.
